The VRM series vertical mill is an advanced equipment independently developed by Heap Group for grinding various materials (raw materials, cement, and slag) involved in the cement production process.
The vertical mill grinds materials according to the crushing principle of the material bed, and the grinding force is provided by the hydraulic pressure device. At the same time, the grinding pressure and shear force generated by the relative movement between the grinding roll and the grinding disc are used to crush and grind the materials on the material bed. The ground material is dried by the hot air from the outside and transported to the separator of the mill for grading. The unqualified particles are returned to the mill plate for grinding again, and the qualified finished products are taken out of the mill with the air flow.
